Data Deletion Request

NXT LVL Sports users may request deletion of their account and personal data associated with the app. This page explains how to submit a request and what information may be deleted, anonymised, or retained where required.

How To Request Deletion

Email admin@nxtlvlsports.co.za.
Use the subject line: Data deletion request.
Include your full name, login email address, team name, and role in the app.
State whether you want your app account deleted, your personal profile data deleted, or both.

Verification

NXT LVL Sports may need to verify your identity and team relationship before deleting data. If the request relates to a minor, a parent, guardian, school, club, or authorised team representative may be asked to confirm authority.

What May Be Deleted

Account profile information linked to your login.
Profile photos and optional profile details.
Personal readiness, wellness, injury, attendance, and training response records where deletion is appropriate.
Personal data connected to GPS imports where it can reasonably be separated from team records.

What May Be Retained

Some records may need to be retained or anonymised instead of fully deleted where required for team operations, safety records, legal obligations, security, audit history, dispute resolution, backup integrity, or legitimate operational purposes.

Timing

Requests will be reviewed as soon as reasonably possible. NXT LVL Sports may contact you if more information is needed to complete the request.
