This Privacy Policy explains how NXT LVL Sports collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when people use the NXT LVL Sports app and related services.
The app is designed for team performance management, athlete readiness, training programmes, GPS data review, sports science workflows, appointments, and team operations.
Information We Collect
- Account details such as name, email address, user role, user ID, team membership, and login information.
- Profile details such as date of birth, age, gender, nationality, sport, position, goals, height, weight, preferred foot, and contact details where supplied.
- Health and fitness information such as readiness check-ins, wellness responses, injury reports, pain reports, rehab information, training attendance, gym programme responses, and performance metrics.
- GPS and session data uploaded through CSV files, including athlete-linked performance metrics from supported GPS exports.
- Photos and files such as profile pictures, team wallpapers, and uploaded CSV files.
- App activity such as notifications, appointment bookings, training programme acknowledgements, attendance responses, Citadel or Control actions, and settings choices.
- Device, app, and diagnostic information needed for security, performance, troubleshooting, and analytics.
How We Use Information
- To provide secure team access and account management.
- To show the correct athlete, coach, sports science, Citadel, and Control portals.
- To support training programmes, readiness check-ins, injury reporting, GPS review, appointments, and notifications.
- To help authorised team users track athlete and team information.
- To maintain app security, prevent misuse, troubleshoot issues, and keep audit records.
- To communicate important app, account, verification, and support messages.
Who Can Access Information
Information may be visible to authorised users linked to the relevant team, including athletes, coaches, sports science staff, admins, NXT LVL Sports personnel, platform support, and service providers needed to operate, secure, back up, troubleshoot, and maintain the app.
NXT LVL Sports does not sell personal information. Payments are handled outside the app.
Storage And Security
Information may be stored using secure cloud services and Firebase/Google Cloud infrastructure. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections where supported by the platform. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free, but reasonable technical and organisational safeguards should be used to protect the information.
Children And Team Users
Where the app is used by minors, a parent, guardian, school, club, or authorised team representative should ensure that the required consent is in place before the app is used.
Data Retention And Deletion
Information is kept for as long as needed to provide the app, manage the team account, support safety and operational records, meet legal or compliance needs, and resolve disputes or support requests.
